Suzanne Smith is the Vice President of Employee Benefits at Farm Credit Foundations. Suzanne is responsible for the product strategy and management of employee benefits programs. This includes leadership of financial accounting, investment fund management, governance, vendor selection and oversight, and compliance as well as legal and regulatory management of the benefits plans.
Suzanne has over 30 years of experience in the benefits industry, which includes experience with both local and national medical insurance carriers in various capacities. She has a degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN majoring in Psychology and Sociology with an emphasis in Organizational Development. Prior to joining Farm Credit Foundations, Suzanne managed various benefit programs within the financial services industry, including eight years at Ameriprise Financial and seven at Wells Fargo.
